Refund Policy

General policy

By making a reservation through us with an instructor, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policy of that particular instructor, and to any additional terms and conditions of Modarby.com that may apply to your booking.

Before the lesson start:

Full refund if you cancel the lesson within one hour of booking creation.

Full refund if the instructor canceled the lesson.

Full refund if you cancel within the instructor required notice period. In general, each instructor has defined how many hours are required before the course start time to cancel or defer the course in order to get a full refund. This information is available in the instructor profile and in the booking pages.

After the lesson started:

Full refund if you are not satisfied with the instructor’s first hour lesson and you report this via the system within 24 hours from the course start time.

Full refund if the instructor didn’t show and you report this via the system within 24 hours from the course start time.

Student no show:

The refund will not be eligable in case the student does not attend the lesson according to the date and time he chose on the reservation process. He loses his right to refund the lesson fees and does not have the right to claim a refund .

Used Package cancellation policy:

The refund and the return in balance in the event of desire not to complete the used packages or to cancel the rest are calculated on the basis of the actual lesson price (original price) before the discount and not the discounted price

Homework and exam preparation policy:

We inform you that modarby platform provides a service of assistance in assignment and preparation for exams and not solving the assignments or exams and we release our full responsibility if this is done in coordination with the tutor without our knowledge.
The refund policy in modarby platform does not include solving assignments and participating in exams at all.
