Service description
This website has been created and is operated by Yes Atlas. A registered company in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Australia, and Mexico.
The Site offers a marketplace for those seeking training services to connect with those seeking to provide training services. As independent contractors engaged by Students, Instructors decide, are responsible for and generally control the methods, materials, scheduling, frequency, duration and all other aspects of the training they provide.
Students are responsible for selecting the right instructor for their needs. While making hiring decisions, Students should review and investigate each instructor’s self-reported credentials, education, and experience.
Important information
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Payment processing
For UAE and International guest: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & USD will be accepted for payment.
For Saudi Arabia guest: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in SAR will be accepted for payment.
Payment confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For UAE and International customers: Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
For Saudi Arabia customers: Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

These principles apply to all beneficiaries of Modarby platform services, and the platform is committed to ensuring their implementation. All individuals in the organization are said to be bound by these principles, and any violation may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Modarby platform procedures and the procedures labeled the procedures of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property

Moderby Platform commits to and requires teachers to comply with certain terms, conditions, and commitments that each teacher must approve before starting the registration process as a teacher on the platform
